At EliteFTS, we stand by the quality of our strength equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your customer account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship the Item

Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that heavy equipment may require specialized freight pickup arrangements.

Process and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
